Since 1999, Flammer Relations has worked with homebuilders, residential developers and
real estate companies to satisfy demand for a multitude of viable housing options. Our real
estate public relations experience is as varied as the landscape for this market segment. The agency has
represented a wide variety of project types including golf, senior, luxury, intown, resort and
masterplan developments.
Golf / Country Club Living
Golf and country club communities define “lifestyle” because the purchasing decision is about membership,
community, and creating an environment in which you want to raise a family. It’s about swim, tennis and good
schools.
Senior Living / Active Adult
There are three generations over the age of 50, each with a different set of needs. Developers have tapped into
this market by providing a variety of communities that range from age targeted, to age restricted active adult,
to senior high rise. Home features, clubhouse design, programs and activities change when targeting this group.
Builders and Developers
Having worked with many different types of homebuilders throughout the Southeast, Flammer Relations is well versed
in the issues facing builders and developers. From publicly held, volume builders to small custom builders (and,
everything in between), Flammer Relations knows how to market and promote the company’s brand, as well as
individual communities.
Condos/ Adaptive Reuse
Smart growth, urban revitalization and a movement back to the city are trends taking place throughout metropolitan
areas. We have extensive experience marketing and promoting the intown market, from luxury high rise to loft
conversions, condos and townhome projects. We understand the lifestyle needs facing singles, couples, and
professionals who choose to live, work, and play intown.
Resort Properties
Second home buyers and retirees are flocking to lake and mountain homes in Tennessee, North Carolina and Alabama,
and to coastal communities in South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. Flammer Relations’ public relations experience
representing buyers in these markets and throughout the Southeast can target the luxury buyer.
Green Building
From LEED certified buildings to EarthCraft Home™ and Energy Star™, Flammer Relations has tremendous knowledge of
what it means to build green homes and communities. Energy efficient homes and green homes and neighborhoods will
continue to be important to homebuyers.
